Instructions for running successfully

• Ask everyone to write down 3 things which could go wrong in the next sprint e.g with individual components, the system generally, with tools we’re relying on, with business interactions, with assumptions being made

• Discuss each point individually and how it can be mitigated

For big discussions, arrange a meeting afterwards to discuss in depth

• Note actions and chase up progress during the sprint
